Aim Constraint Chain Tool For Maya

Used for making a chain of aim constraints and then offsetting keys to get nice overlapping action on tails and other FK chains. 

Drag and Drop python file into Maya viewport to open tool

1. Set keys and simple animation for swinging on tail

2. Add controls to tool list 

3. Set how many frames each control will be offset by 

4. Press go to run aim constraint system and bake back to original controls
